The service attitude is really amazing! Our two families traveled together and called in advance to arrange the rooms together. We were very satisfied with the arrangement. The children also liked the room. The sister who cleaned the room heard that my child had a fever and sent us food and drinks. It was really considerate. The family room we booked in advance was repeatedly confirmed in the morning when we would arrive. Since we were traveling with children, we gave an affirmative reply and explained that we would arrive around 10 o'clock that night. The hotel front desk responded enthusiastically that the room had been reserved and we were looking forward to checking in. That night, we checked in with our baby and were told that the family room was occupied. We changed two rooms in a row. The first one had only one bed, so three people could not sleep. A partition that was less than one meter wide was pushed out from the warehouse, and we were asked to make do. After being rejected, we changed rooms again. The door of the room was damaged as shown in the picture, and the anti-lock buckle was broken. It was at the entrance of the elevator and could be pushed open with force. We put up with it for a whole night and were called by the security guard early in the morning to move the car (last night the security guard repeatedly confirmed that it was okay to park here, and the car behind was theirs and would not go out). We also stated that we would check out at noon. We arrived very late the night before and wanted to rest more in the morning. They repeatedly urged us to move the car early in the morning, but their car had not been moved until we checked out. It was the worst experience ever. Don't step on thunder👎👎
