別的都正常 唯獨某前台服務不正常，冷漠無情，問什麼愛答不理好像欠她錢一樣!（2024年10月13號下午六七點值班的那個前台）預訂之前打過去電話想諮詢有無停車位，接通問候了半天人家一個字不説然後掛了，來了之後説個話也是黑着臉 **嘛這不是 不求熱情，起碼正常點行不行

首先，天氣太熱，想找一個休息的地方，開的鐘點房，進入房間，空調開16度，遲遲降不下温度，等了半個小時才涼快一些。然後是沒有一次性拖鞋，相較其它酒店沒有免費送水，上邊擺的一些水，明顯着是讓你進行購買。
天氣太熱，衹想有一個棲身之所，結束住宿後，我們交完房卡，讓我們等着一會再返還按金，還得有個人再去上邊檢查一遍，檢查完才能走，我詢問按金怎麼退，問了兩遍才告訴我説是檢查完再退。
而且酒店的彈簧床感覺彈簧都能崩出來。硌人。

房間十分乾淨整潔，服務態度非常好，吧枱小姐姐免費升級了房間。因為是自己，還幫忙拿了行李，第二天退房，因為個人原因，晚退一個小時房間也沒有多收房費，真的是太贊啦，極力推薦，寶藏店鋪

住的最垃圾的賓館、2瓶礦泉水還要付費、一次性拖鞋沒有、電水壺是壞的打2次電話又親自去説一次才給換一個、隔音還不好、隔壁房間半夜搗鼓聽的很清楚影響睡眠
