Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed.
The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me.
The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from.
I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could.
Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

非常差，避雷。窗簾子也不知道經歷什麼了。起碼的衞生都是問題。臟！！！非常臟！！！那個玩偶地毯臟的你們能看的下去？床上的毯子上都是污漬，小帳篷下面墊子裡頭還有之前客人留下的一直拖鞋！！滑梯也是壞的，積木盒子裏很多黑的臟東西，遙控器不管用！前台電話打不通！你們敢標價1399搞這樣的環境衞生也不怕客人差評，不要給我打電話！！

房間條件很好，環境很美，很舒適，性價比高，走廊小桌子上的免費瓶裝水很方便，自主餐種類很多，包過雪野湖的魚頭湯，99元一位性價比很高，吃着飯的環境很好，吃着美食還可欣賞雪野湖的美景
