Half an hour after turning on the air conditioner, the air conditioner leaked again. The bedside was wet. I called the front desk and said that there were no more rooms and I couldn't change rooms. He was told to get two bath towels and a washbasin to catch the leaking water. After putting the bath towels on, the dripping sound was still very loud. I asked for a room fee reduction. At this time, the front desk said that a room had just been checked out (it was already 11:30) and it was given to us. It took more than an hour to change rooms. It was already late at night, and the child was already very sleepy. Mainly because it was too much trouble to have a child. The front desk doesn't think about the customers, they just want to save trouble and solve the problem. Bad review. This is the worst experience I have ever had!
