地理位置很好，鬧中取靜，很鬆弛安逸，出門就是護城河河邊，走路騎車去各個景點都很方便，環境不錯，庭院落葉多沒來得及清理。房間有點小，但兩個人還行。毛巾有污跡，如果可以有一次性毛巾就好了，這次自己忘了準備，也不敢用。其他衞生都還好。

地理位置優越，離護城河和黑虎泉非常近，可體驗居民生活，但房內設施些許陳舊，前台服務不夠熱情，可能是男店員，問一句答一句冷冰冰的

入住、退房辦理的都非常順利，房間很乾凈，淋浴熱水很給力，連住兩晚，老闆會很積極的詢問是否需要打掃衞生和補充礦泉水，有個小院子天熱的時候可以坐外面。

這裏最優越的就是地理位置了，可能因為出行非週末節假，整個公區，房間衞生，氛圍都不是很好，可能是不是人手不足導致的，我自知住的不是超五星，也不是多貴的房間，但是起碼的衞生還是要保證的吧。
從進門開始一入眼是衞生間，牆角有蜘蛛網，室內環境，毛巾有一條臟的，可能是用了太久了洗不出來了，浴巾是毛邊的，台盆面有沒清理乾淨的不知道什麼時候住户的化粧品殘留，衞生紙置物架一層積灰，淋浴間架也是。
在電視挺臟了，後面一進門也是能直接看到一層積灰，房間一張小長桌，上面黏黏糊糊的，不知道什麼，沒擦乾淨，房間配的小草墊和坐墊上面不知道哪位客人殘留的雞蛋殼，地面的頭髮，積灰很嚴重，牀頭櫃也是很臟的，水壺水垢非常嚴重，牀頭櫃底下的灰都搓的一綹一綹了。
床上也有頭髮，我不知道被罩是否是一客一換換過的，是挺皺的，晚上睡覺覺得硌得慌，然後扯開床單一看那個白拍，上面小顆粒不知道是什麼，頭髮也挺多。
最後淋浴間可能因為潮所以有發黴的地方。這個潮確實沒辦法。
雖然房間兩百多，但是起碼得有個衞生標準在的吧。

10月定的房是月疏影，住的房是317
設施：1.房間很大，一個大床一個小床🛏️
2.大大小小的桌子有很多，椅子也是
3.有一次性馬桶墊
4.有投影儀
衞生：房間地板和廁所地板，有丟丟不乾淨
環境：真的挺好的，旁邊是個小公園，非常有氛圍
服務：老闆人很好，我們到的晚，辦理入住蠻快的
位置可能有丟丟不是很好找，需要走路進去3分鐘的，周圍有商場，超市，買什麼的還是蠻方便的

本次濟南最滿意的就是選到這家民宿，之前也住過花築，相信是有品質保障的。驚艷之處是地理位置，鬧中取靜，沿着門前護城河溜達3分鐘就能到解放閣，黑虎泉和寬厚裏，門口衚衕可以免費停車，出門去附近景點打車都在10元左右，滿意滿意滿意👍
