Had comfortable stay in hotel along with family.Hotel staff are very soft spoken and very kind.I and family felt very comfortable during the stay. The room was very big and spacious.

Vicky's service is very professional and standardized, and I proactively ask questions. I feel that the training is very thorough. Staying in the middle of the night helped me proactively upgrade my room type, and I am very able to consider issues from the customer's perspective. Hygiene: The cleanliness and tidiness are as shown in the picture, even the corners are spotless. Environment: Geographical environment, quiet amidst hustle and bustle, adjacent to Jinan CBD, making it very convenient for both commuting and leisure travel. Facilities: Bathroom, wet dry separation. In terms of public security, there are one card per floor, and cards on other floors cannot be swiped. This prevents the occurrence of sending out small cards or looking for ladies, which is very good. The concierge is also serious and responsible

The hotel room was classy and comfortable, and the service was superb. I only wanted to go sightseeing at a few places, and the ladies at the front desk gave me very clear directions using public transportation. Mission accomplished!!

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

Friendly, fast check in and check out. Probably the best I’ve experienced here in Jinan. Breakfast was great, a huge variety of different foods and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

It was perfect to stay here in Jinan this time. It was very close to several attractions. Next to the hotel is Sunac Mall. There are many things to do in the amusement park, but there is no fireworks show at Sunac Park. We went to Eurofort for a day. This room type also has a washing machine, microwave oven, and refrigerator. I feel that the washing machine is more practical for staying for a few days in summer. You can change clothes every day. The microwave oven is very practical. You can heat up the food you bring back at any time when you are hungry. In this weather, you can put the fruits on the balcony. This room type is perfect for children. It is said that the hotel's swimming pool is relatively small. It is indeed relatively small, and the smell of disinfectant in the water is a little strong. The hot water pool in the shower room does not smell too strong. I stayed for three days and was generally very satisfied. I will choose this place next time I come to Jinan.

Stayed during the Spring Festival. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was convenient to use. The service attitude was good. I told the waiter that there was not enough mineral water to drink, and they sent more mineral water every day. Thank you very much! The milk and biscuits for afternoon tea were delicious.
