The stay was alright. The service was decent, the food was acceptable, and the staff were friendly enough. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.

Have cute tea set. 😍😍😍 👍bathroom - amazing shower head and heated toilet seats. 🤭🤭🤭 😐amenities - have most but didn’t have body lotion. 😔 😐 breakfast - standard Chinese breakfast. 👍 location- very close to train station (less than 10min( but don’t stay here if you are looking to have fun in the city. It’s a bit far from everything. The warm friendly welcome I received from the staff would make me want to stay here over and over again.

It was a failure to check in. The room was very cold and it showed that it had air conditioning. The temperature was 13 degrees even if it was turned on on the first night. The next day I went to the staff and was told that the main switch of the air conditioner was not turned on and that the air conditioner was a decoration. His house had floor heating, so he asked the maintenance man to turn on the floor heating again on the second night. The room temperature on the second night was 16 degrees, still in the middle of the room, and it was about 12 degrees near the seats. I felt cold. The door lock of the bathroom is broken. If the door is not locked, it cannot be opened from the outside. The front desk has to use tools to open the door. The staff said that this happens often, which delays the work. The worst thing is that the decoration was very noisy when the guests checked in, which affected their rest. I don’t know what materials were used during the construction during the day, and they floated into the room and irritated the eyes, causing tears in the eyes.

The stay was fantastic! The room was sparkling clean, the bedding smelled like sunshine, and even the corners were spotless. The staff were always smiling and responsive, helping with luggage and recommending delicious food. It was a comfortable and secure stay, and it definitely deserves five stars!

The floor drain is not drained, the bathroom door is not blocked, and the bath water is directly overflowing. The computer seat did not find a place to adjust the height, and the headset was a bit greasy and not worn. The computer is fast and there are many games, so it's okay to deal with one night.

Let me talk about the disadvantages first. The road at the entrance is a bit narrow, and I couldn't find the parking lot. There was a bit of traffic jam when I picked someone up in the morning. But overall it's good, comfortable and affordable, and I can arrange for customers to stay.

It took a long time to find the hotel entrance, and called the front desk to ask you patiently where to come in and how many floors. It was on the floor of Apartment No. 9. After checking in, I arrived at the room. It was in loft style. When the air conditioner was turned on, the heat was blowing to the top, so its bed was upstairs, so it was not very cold to sleep. The overall view is worth choosing. It is surrounded by Beichentian Street and there is a lot of food. If you come to Jinan, it is also a good choice.

5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.
