酒店開業不久，設施新，布草整潔，床寬，床墊舒服，全屋空調，有點熱，淋浴乾濕分離，出水量大。房間除煙不徹底，枕頭上有煙味。房間隔音效果不太好。早餐在一樓，品種豐富，味道不錯，菜品新鮮。酒店門口因為統一管控，收費停車，公路邊和小區門口免費停車。

有史以來最差的住宿感受，白天開水晚上冰水，連刷牙水都要晾一會兒才能刷牙，何況洗澡，晚上純粹的冰水，還不停的索要好評，我懷疑之前的好評全部都是厚着臉皮要來的，反映了多次，衹是答覆給相關人員反映。該酒店的價格定位在金昌是比較高的，對的起房客交的房費嗎？

看到是新開的酒店就訂了，裏面的影音房間是沒有窗户的，但是詳情頁面沒有介紹，到了之後前台給更換升級了房間，給前台小妹妹點贊，
新開的酒店設備設施還是有點不完善，沒有餐食，沒有標註無線網密碼，服務人員較少，應該後邊會完善，前邊的是封閉道路導航要上馬路牙子，大家可以注意一下，總體還是可以，在金昌來説排前三吧

房間隔音太差，隔壁説話都能聽見。夜班服務差。地理位置近國芳百貨，一條街。
CHALI花茶禮遇:這個就是正常酒店都有的茶包，不知道為什麼是特色，搞不懂。除了湖景房，別的房型很一般。

朋友從外地來，我給預訂了這家酒店，真的給足了我面子，入住的時候無論是裝修還是硬件設施，都非常給力，工作人員熱情細緻周到，房間佈局合理，面積大，床品是貢緞的，細節滿分，一切都非常滿意！

這家酒店住了10天，客房部的大姐每天都很用心的打掃，前台小姐姐服務態度好，説話很有禮貌，尤其戴眼鏡的小妹妹，不知道叫啥，就知道她是阿拉善右旗人，很棒👍🏻，值得推薦給大家。
