The staff are extremely courteous, helpful. Spacious and well maintained reception facilities. Room is spacious,, well desiged with very good set up. The toilet bowl is heated.

這家酒店的服務人員態度很好，非常熱心幫助我們，對我們的詢問都耐心解答。酒店的早餐不錯，食物選擇多樣化，麪條尤其好吃。酒店房間空間很大，很舒服，廁所是乾濕分離，非常方便。但是唯一的缺點就是洗浴間缺少掛衣鈎，很不方便。

星程（晉城迎賓街店）同星程其他店一樣一如既往的好！酒店房間佈局合理，設施齊全，特別是衞生間很棒，天冷了温熱的馬桶座圈很舒服，自動沖水很好。酒店乾淨整潔，服務人員待客熱情。

早餐選擇：酒店的早餐豐富多樣，品種選擇多多，每一口都口感絕佳。水果新鮮得像剛從樹上摘下，中西餐結合的早餐讓人每天都有好心情。
地理位置：全季酒店的位置優越，交通便利，離商超很近，出門就是地鐵站，方便出行和購物。
整體體驗：從環境到氛圍，從服務到細節，全季酒店都讓人十分滿意。酒店的整體體驗非常棒，賓至如歸，服務周到暖心。

設施：設施都還OK，挺新。
衞生：衞生一般
服務：服務是真的非常棒，很熱情也很親切，送的橙子味蘇打水很好喝，走的時候提了一嘴前台還又送了兩瓶。
環境：廁所地漏有點反味，倒不是很嚴重。回酒店已經挺晚了就沒有要求換房間。

酒店環境整潔乾淨，設施齊全，乾濕分離的佈局很舒適，客房阿姨細心周到，前台小姐姐熱情大方，值得一提的是停車很方便，而且交通便利，出門就是公交車站，很便捷，下次來晉城，還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店環境整潔，房間的設施非常先進，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。太感謝了！給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，同時大廳香薰的味道非常舒服。百分百推薦！
