吐槽停車場很小很小，跟醫院住院部共用一個。退房時九點鐘通道離停了十輛左右的車，即使挨個打電話也很難出不來，大家都要下來才行。最後衹剩一輛車時，給司機打電話半天也不下來...雖然停車場師傅很努力的協調，但車出不來的風險太高了

房間不大 但是傢俱齊全適用，帶的東西都有處安放。就是設施太老舊了，用點兒熱水得提前放五分鐘才有，馬桶沖水費勁。
有早餐，有停車場，挺好。但是對於停車管理太差了，居然把通道都停滿了，我們7點半吃完飯就打招呼請把通道的車挪走，一直都沒有搞定，直到最後開出停車場已經八點半了，導致後面的安排受到影響。

酒店房間寬敞舒適，服務人員素質高，價格便宜，但規格不低，還有豐盛的早餐，每次路過晉城必住煤海酒店，非常好的酒店，希望推薦給更多人。

枕頭有好幾種，可以更換。有擦鞋布。我住了二十多次酒店第一次體驗到這兩種服務。工作人員服務態度也很好。雖然有些地方有陳舊的痕跡，但整體感覺真的很好。不足之處在於我沒找到吹風機以及排氣扇的開關。
