經常出差，第一次訂星程酒店，前台服務員還算熱情，但是騙人，前台自己開口説幫我升級商務大床房，可是一看還是跟我訂購的一樣。並且明明我説的很清楚不要尾房，安排給我的還是尾房，問題我下午4點多到酒店的，又不是晚上12點多到的。這些都算了，更糟心的是洗面盆壞了，不會下水。本身也累想想就算了，將就一晚也就過去了。這個價位這個服務真實不值得推薦。

酒店整體都特別的乾淨，房間裏面也很乾凈，床睡着舒服，也沒有噪音，還送了早餐，是當地特色肉丸方便麪，很好吃！

澤州路的這家星程酒店🏨總體入住體驗不錯，前台美女們服務一流，早餐種類豐富，房間乾淨整潔。但因酒店不是獨立的一棟樓，只有一台電梯，高峯時段等電梯略耽誤時間。房間隔音一般。
星程酒店可實現農夫山泉自由，這點不賴。

環境衞生不錯，房間整潔乾淨，衞生間的水量很大沐浴特別爽，電梯只有一部，與其他公司合用，有洗衣機烘乾機，門口交通便利

床品舒適衞生乾淨，早餐品種味道不錯，有手磨咖啡，多種甜點，服務人員整體素質不錯，待客有度，感覺不錯。
停車場比較侷促，不大，但和居民小區和其他單位共用。電梯也與其他單位共用，略顯不方便。洗衣機和烘乾機各有一台，烘乾機功能略低，烘兩個小時未乾，有點雞肋
