The service is super super good. Every lady is beautiful, sincere, enthusiastic and polite. The hotel environment is clean, spacious, tidy and comfortable. There are all kinds of disposable items, which help us think of various dilemmas we may encounter during the trip. The breakfast is also very rich, including cold dishes, hot dishes, noodles, rice, milk, eggs... It's super rich.

裝修設施：老舊差勁，連太原一百五的都不如，小度都沒有，簡陋沙發
電視：整層網絡問題，網絡電視不能看
服務：服務態度差勁，來修電視，沒修好還甩臉色，明明打開的是電視頻道，説這個有了就是有網，一臉糊弄人
最最最差勁的一點🌟住了這麼多酒店，第一次半夜停電！！！！半夜換房間！！！燒個水跳閘了，服務人員都不知道閘在哪裡！！！

經常出差，第一次訂星程酒店，前台服務員還算熱情，但是騙人，前台自己開口説幫我升級商務大床房，可是一看還是跟我訂購的一樣。並且明明我説的很清楚不要尾房，安排給我的還是尾房，問題我下午4點多到酒店的，又不是晚上12點多到的。這些都算了，更糟心的是洗面盆壞了，不會下水。本身也累想想就算了，將就一晚也就過去了。這個價位這個服務真實不值得推薦。

酒店整體都特別的乾淨，房間裏面也很乾凈，床睡着舒服，也沒有噪音，還送了早餐，是當地特色肉丸方便麪，很好吃！

澤州路的這家星程酒店🏨總體入住體驗不錯，前台美女們服務一流，早餐種類豐富，房間乾淨整潔。但因酒店不是獨立的一棟樓，衹有一台電梯，高峯時段等電梯略耽誤時間。房間隔音一般。
星程酒店可實現農夫山泉自由，這點不賴。
