"The room is large. The balcony has a beautiful view. Half an hour drive from the ski resort. There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room. There is more dust in the dryer. No one cleaned the room for me on the first day. On the second and third days, I changed towels and dumped garbage for me, and I didn't do anything else. The front desk is very enthusiastic."

"Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important. Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance. No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful."

"The motel is 1.5 km from the town centre but an easy walk. The on site Pizza and noodle restaurant is only open till 8pm but the food smelled great. We chose to eat in town. One issue is that the motel uses contactless check in and sends a pin code for you to access your room key on arrival. Unfortunately Trip.com and other third party sellers provide a generic email and phone number so you don't get the text. I contacted the help number on arrival and it was sorted, but in this area Trip needs to do better. I have had the same issue in Hawaii."

"The facilities are relatively old, maybe it's similar in developed countries, the service is normal, after all, it's a cheap hotel in the area, the surrounding environment is good, the lake view is beautiful, the sunrise is great, the sunset is beautiful, and it's convenient to go skiing"
