我定的是親子主題套房，優點大家能看的見，環境，衞生，服務都很好，還送了點水果，小朋友很愛吃，着重説説缺點
設施：1、沒有輔助小朋友的刷牙用的小樓梯。
2、沒有小朋友輔助小馬桶。
親子房，大家都是帶小朋友出來玩的，麻煩照顧一下低齡小童吧。
3、請看圖片，這是我們晚上睡覺的床頭按鈕上的燈，親自主題套房大床房是兩張單人床拼一起的，原本應該是雙床所以開關在中間，拼在一起就在頭頂，小朋友很容易誤觸，非常不安全，還有這個燈也太亮了，我用枕頭擋着光才睡着。
現在想想當時應該換房，也是我自己太懶了。

下午六點左右到達酒店，前台空無一人。等了三四分鐘依舊無人招待，在後麪辦公室找到一位工作人員，説前台送東西去了，讓我們再等一會。2025年營業的酒店，房間已經返潮嚴重了，裝修防水沒用弄好。保潔阿姨服務也沒跟上，用掉牙刷收了，新給的其中一個還是空盒，簡直匪夷所思。浴室下水很慢，一會就會堵住。早餐也很一般。。。沒有麪包和咖啡。。。在對面的停車場的充電樁不能算你酒店的吧，酒店自身沒有充電樁哦。

設施：作為親子房型，衞生間如果更大一點就好了
服務：餐飲值得點贊，去的時候人不多，自助早餐也還算豐富，動物園周邊沒啥吃的我們基本都在酒店用餐，味道不錯。酒店前台那位男士經理服務態度超好。
環境：出門就是很大的樹林，晚上早晚走一走不錯

很不錯的房間，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，前台小姐姐還幫忙延遲退房了，基本有求必應。帶家人來動物園玩的，就在酒店的旁邊很方便。

環境是真的好！這裏的空氣質量簡直潤肺了！酒店早餐的澆頭面和小餛飩太好吃了。酒店邊上就可以徒步，走路去皖南動物園喂小動物，看大馬戲！開車一會兒又能到月亮灣打水仗。一天安排得滿滿當當，大人小孩都玩得超盡興，完全不會無聊

這次旅行完美！酒店環境太好了，躺在床上就能看到窗外綠綠的森林。工作人員永遠笑眯眯的，有求必應。玩的地方也多，第一天去了動物園，宣紙博物館，第二天去了月亮灣，行程安排的很妥帖，玩完回來，酒店就可以點菜！吃的幾頓都沒踩雷，特別是土雞湯，鮮掉眉毛！比起月亮灣的物價，松語真的划算很多！我家娃説早餐的炒麪炒飯超好吃😋

房間很大很乾凈，和孩子住的很舒適，備註了要安靜無煙的房間，酒店很貼心的安排了最裡麪一間，服務很周到，而且酒店位置離動物園景區很近，遊玩很方便，附近充電樁也很近，電車充電也很方便。粗心的我還把東西遺忘在酒店了，我自己都沒發現，幸好工作人員打電話聯繫我，真的非常感謝！
