服務方面，工作人員熱情周到，提供民宿自己的免費車位，有工作人員去停車場接行李，細緻入微的服務讓我感到賓至如歸。他們不僅耐心解答我的問題，還主動為我推薦周邊的旅遊景點和美食，讓我的旅程更加豐富多彩。
此外，民宿的地理位置也非常優越，就在桃花潭渡口旁，周邊環境優美，早晨，我在鳥語花香中醒來，推開窗户就能欣賞到迷人的自然景色，早餐也很合胃口。晚上，則可以在安靜的環境中享受一個舒適的睡眠。

房間整潔有序，雖然是靠近古街道的房間，但一點也不吵鬧，一覺到天明。
客棧位置優越，出門左轉就是踏歌古岸碼頭，可以坐船去對岸，看晨霧和夜景都非常方便。
老闆服務熱情周到，早餐也好吃！ 房費裏還包含了景區門票👍
不常寫評論，但是很安利給來玩的朋友們。

旅行重要的是吃住行，近水樓台客棧是桃花潭最早開始做民宿的幾家，因此選取的地理位置得天獨厚，就在古鎮裏，距離著名的李白汪倫雕像，擺渡近在咫尺，大約100多米。房間非常乾淨，設施很多小細節做的特別貼心。尤其是三層的露台觀景聚會用餐極佳。用餐衹對住宿客人，屬於私房菜系列，臭鱖魚很驚艷，蒜瓣肉緊實又不失細滑，很喜歡。相約明年多住幾天。

酒店離桃花潭景區核心區一步之遙，酒店位於水東老街西邊，毗鄰踏歌樓、大夫第和東岸渡口。酒店古色古香，清新雅緻，尤其是老闆的服務可以説是無微不至，從引導停車、接送行李、入住就餐以及遊玩服務，真正做到了賓至如歸。此外，酒店的觀景台可將桃花潭美景一覽無餘（見圖片）。真誠推薦！！！

跟老公攜父母出遊，絕佳的地理位置，坐落在古鎮的盡頭，桃花潭的起點。還有自帶的停車位免去搶有限公共車位的煩惱。
老闆非常nice，早餐非常豐盛，房間乾淨整潔。
不錯的體驗，老公老爸老媽都很滿意，下次來還會選擇這家。

酒店位置很好 內部裝修風格很古樸 在水東老街裏面 緊挨着踏歌岸闕 早上起來下樓就可以到岸邊 早飯也很豐富 因為在景區裏面 停車要停在外面 但是服務很好 幫忙把行李送進送出 還提供了免費的漆扇體驗

民宿在渡口“踏歌岸閣”附近，所謂“近水摟台”。裝修古色古香，十分精緻。房間內設施齊全，窗外景色適人。衞生環境優秀。提供免費的停車場，並接送行李。還給免費升級房間，五星好評！

值得推薦噢，近水樓台，在主街第一家，離岸邊最近。房間大小合適，乾淨衞生。主要誇一下蕭老闆，人超級好，擔心晚上睡覺冷，還送來電暖氣，非常熱情周到，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩！
