訂的有窗房間，給我的沒窗的，説我訂的特價房沒窗，換房就加錢。我衹是訂的早提前好幾天價格比當天低，並沒有標註是特價房。明明頁面顯示有窗在走廊或過道，前台説那沒辦法，沒有房，我説那你給我退，他才給我換了一間。一進門驚呆了，窗頭上放着用過的毛巾，還潮的沒幹，提着臟毛巾往櫃子裏扔，打開一看櫃子裏面也是不收拾。床巨硬，枕頭巨高，隔音不好，從來不差評，真的體驗感極差，不推薦，旁邊一排都是酒店，謹慎入住。
