開了一間大床房，空調開了一晚上，大冬天最多22度，叫服務員，説沒辦法，衹能給拿個被子，凍**了，還有房間裏下水道的臭味燻人，酒店的毛巾好像在垃圾堆裏撿回來的，太不好的體驗了

靖邊波浪谷國際酒店，位於陝西省榆林市靖邊統萬路延伸段王家廟市場大門向東30米處，地理位置使用導航很容易找到。酒店大堂布局典雅大方，住宿環境安靜舒適，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度熱情。早餐品種繁多，口味適合。酒店周邊有許多特色小吃，酒店還免費停車，性價比高，是出差旅遊的最佳選擇。

酒店雍經理非常人性化，得知我們房間空調不好使，立馬給我們解決，換了一個空調製冷的大房間，使得我們上海的客人非常感動，下次還住你們酒店，雍經理謝謝你👍👍👍可五樓服務員就很差勁，我們向她反映空調不製冷，可她卻説天不很熱，她感覺不熱，轉身就走了，像這樣的服務員，客人會來一次走一次的，沒有回頭客的，希望她能改變服務態度，不能這樣對待客人！

酒店就在汽車站附近。從火車站出來打出租，司機一聽就知道在哪裡。24小時前台，大堂有熱茶供應。
酒店有提供早餐，供應時間早上7-9:00。早餐挺豐富的，蔬菜水果澱粉蛋白質都有，都很乾凈，有下油和調味，但這個油和調味吃到肚子裏舒服的。減肥人旅行中太需要補充蔬菜了。
前台很專業，提供了去波浪谷的建議。打車/滴滴都方便的，波浪谷景區比寫的時間提早進入了，早上8：15就可以進去了。
房間挺大的，是兩張單人床。房間裏有書桌椅子，有基本的水壺，有投影儀看電視，。充電的位置在兩張床之間，兩人都可以一邊玩手機一邊充電。
熱水温度不是太高，水調小一點等一等會好一點，洗手池很容易噴到自己胸前，輕輕提起一點手把就好。

房間有扇窗户沒有窗簾，光線很亮，根本睡不着，再加上窗外有衹蟈蟈還是蛐蛐，一直叫個不停不間斷叫了一夜，一宿沒睡，吵死了。
