客房部、餐飲部和温泉部是分開的三家
客房部：亂分房，一起辦入住的兩個同樣户型的套房很分開放了倆樓，扔到了角落裡一個什麼治未病中心的樓上，一開電梯走廊上一股重重的消毒水味……而且這個樓是沒有浴缸的
最後換房換到了主樓上，空調不制熱，要了個電暖器
餐飲部：早飯非常爛，而且量很少，八點半下去吃的時候一般的盆子都空了，能吃的雞蛋、稀飯還有根本沒見到的東西全沒了，也沒有現下的麪什麼的，熱菜油得沒人吃，還要一人三十

1.差評:房間上的燈電線是裸露狀態。2.差評:房間裏衹放着兩瓶水，如果再要水，另外收費三元一瓶，現在礦泉水還收費的酒店確實不多了。3.差評:樓層沒有服務員，房內電話撥打前台從入住到第2天沒有一次能打通。3.差評:温泉的前台服務態度差，講解不清楚。4.差評:進游泳池後一個戴眼鏡的男的過來以後盯着人不停的看，不表示身份，就盯着不停的看，一點禮貌都沒有，態度惡略，看了半天説了一句我們現在温泉和游泳池是兩家，你的手牌不能游泳，需單獨收費。我説大哥你搞笑呢吧，前台也沒告訴我説温泉和游泳池是兩家啊，購買票時前台告知是全部都包含的，正因為這種情況，專門自己又跑到前台去溝通，前台與游泳池不知道怎麼協商了才不收費，繼續可以游泳，體驗感極差，游泳池的服務人員，就像社會混子一樣，一點服務意識都沒有，態度極差。5差評:購買了兩瓶旺仔牛奶，無論機子顯示還是訂單，都顯示一瓶7元，兩瓶14元，但實際扣款14.5元，滿滿都是套路，告知前台後，前台説那就退你0.5元，我和前台説的意思是不是在乎這0.5元，你多説我一個人退我可以，如果每一個人你都多收入是一個什麼情況，我需要的是你們管理層回覆這個問題到底是怎麼回事，留了電話以後離開温泉20分鐘後，前台電話回覆説，他們衹收了14元，為什麼多了0.5元扣款他們也不知道，一點解決問題的想法都沒有，確實不在乎那0.5元，但是就這樣的服務和管理，真為你們捏一把汗。6.差評:作為一個温泉酒店，温泉換衣間，連甩幹桶都沒有，配套設施太差。

內外環境都很好，衞生也不錯。由於是要泡温泉，地面會有水，房間裏沒有可以自己隨時清潔的拖布，地面上的水不能及時清理，導致屋裡屋外都是濕漉漉的。四個人入住，酒店衹配備了兩雙防滑拖鞋，兩個浴巾，感覺不夠用，衞生間乾濕分離很好，但是淋浴房有點小。連住了兩晚，讓客房服務員打掃衞生，淋浴房地上的頭髮都沒有收拾，浴巾也沒有更換，希望店家多改進一下吧。

爬完崆峒山返回西安的途中，懶得走了就選了這個酒店住下了，網上查了一下本來衝著温泉去的，住下之後去了解了一下温泉，其實就跟一般的洗浴差不多，沒什麼意思，就放棄了。
離縣城有點遠，開車需要10分鐘左右。

非常滿意的一次體驗，温泉是原湯的，體驗感很好衹不過衹能免費放一池水，第二次加水需要付費，房間閣樓有點不通風，其他都還好，衞生間排水有點問題，淋浴後水都跑到衞生間地面，不太方便。有機會再去。

前台服務是酒店的門面，初次體驗服務態度生硬，晚上打電話要一床被子，結果前台就一句話，今天住滿了，沒有，就把電話掛了，我從攜程訂的房間，顯示14:00退房，12點正打算去泡温泉，結果前台又打電話要求12點之前退房，不知道是攜程的問題還是酒店的問題，整體體驗不太好！
