第一次差評，連半顆星都不想給。我訂的是382一晚無早餐，不可退。下單後發現另一個平台370一晚含雙早。我入住時向工作人員反映了這個情況，請他們送兩份早餐。他們的表現如下：
第一，推卸責任。當我提出訴求時，亞朵酒店員工立刻表示“第三方平台價格與我們無關，我們也管不了”。不是，第三方平台推銷你酒店不是你們主動授權的嗎？
第二，雙標，衹考慮自身利益。我提出可以由酒店退掉我攜程訂單，再重新訂，他以“如果酒店退單，會降低在平台的評分”為由拒絕我。但是，以往該酒店在旺季期間，會在平台上把顧客提早用低價訂的酒店退了，讓顧客重新預訂高價的。怎麼，這時候不用考慮平台評分了？真是雙標，吃相太難看，衹顧自身利益，不考慮顧客感受，太小家子氣。
第三，不懂變通怕擔責。正常遇到這種情況，酒店應該是要主動提出送早餐的。但亞朵酒店的員工一股死腦筋，既送不了早餐，也不願意向領導申請送早餐，強調他衹是打工的，説“向領導申請早餐會被罵”？？？有風險被罵所以不願申請。還質疑其他酒店“給好評就贈送早餐”的做法，不是，你吝嗇就吝嗇唄，怎麼還要踩別的酒店一腳！
總之，亞朵員工對於不能送早餐説了一百個理由，但沒有一個理由是站在顧客的角度考慮的，全都是以“送了早餐會給酒店帶來什麼損失，會給員工帶來什麼損失”的藉口拒絕送早餐。我不信諾大個酒店連送兩份早餐就權限都沒有。

以前從來不評價，這次真氣急。住過最差勁的亞朵，隔音差就算了，隔壁房一桌打牌，打到凌晨12:30，房門沒有閉門器，進出三次門巨響都被嚇醒，凳子拖地板聲等等我都能忍。最不能忍的是，樓下是廚房！廚房排煙管從住的房間樓板下穿！早上五點共鳴，整個房間都在震動，排煙管的噗噗聲，真的絕了！搞不清楚這種房間為什麼還要賣！明明有空房！連孩子都吵醒了！入住之前也未告知這點最生氣！打電話給前台叫我搬房間！説一樓有庭院房！問是什麼聲音説是廚房，明明都知道！瞬間覺得自己是花錢買罪受！連帶着攜程我印象都差了，不知道是不是因為在攜程定的關係！不會當這冤大頭，各部門投訴到底！好讓大家都知道知道，也不知道為什麼能通過消防報審，廚房有沒經過衞生防疫，明明廚房樓上有衞生間！錄了視頻都這麼響還能聽到震動，視頻聲音不及現場十分之一……

酒店位置是在景德鎮市區新開發的區域，吃飯什麼的不是很方便，周圍也沒啥配套，衞生什麼的不太行，好在最後和前台溝通最後換了一間房，勉強解決了問題.服務死板，永遠説的套話，沒有服務行業該有温度.其他都還不錯

我們是來景德鎮旅遊，亞朵酒店是我的首選。設施完善、無可挑剔，是一家新開業的亞朵，性價比超高。房間很大，由於來去匆匆，沒拍房間。有充足的停車位，早餐品種繁多，而且食品新鮮，有洗衣機烘乾機，附近有一家餐廳叫“品味昌南”，確實不錯👍
