服務不好，評價裏面其他住客説的入住禮、老闆推薦攻略、幫忙拎行李、老闆熱情等我們都沒有體會到，很懷疑評價的真實性。我們兩個女生入住，從山東過來坐了很久的高鐵過來已經很累很累了，而且帶了兩個行李箱兩個包，我還衹有八十斤很瘦力氣很小，需要爬樓梯，問前台沒電梯嗎？能否來幫下忙搭把手一起拎，前台説這是民宿不是酒店，然後就一直沒動過也沒幫我們，一點都不熱情。不過景德鎮畫盤子很好玩下次還來

民宿距離陶陽新村很近，散步走路就能到，陶陽新村很好逛，比其他地方都便宜，淘了很多小瓷器，房間很好很乾凈，住着很舒服，有一個很大的投影儀，頂樓還提供洗衣機可以晾曬衣物，店家不僅給我們分享了攻略，還送了小禮物

承諾的禮物沒有收到，也沒有體會到服務，路邊停車不容易，出行也很堵車，一羣人打麻將，深夜比較吵鬧，無法安心休息，不建議睡眠淺的寶寶們入住。寧願稍微住遠一下打車遊玩或者電瓶車遊玩。

民宿地理位置很好，就在三寶景區，周邊有繁華夜市。房間很乾凈，還有一次性馬桶墊，刮鬍刀～考慮的很周到。床品超級舒服。晚上睡的很踏實，一百多的價格，從性價比來説就很高了，好停車，交通便利，老闆也非常的熱情，又是提行李，又是給我們分享吃的，和老闆聊的很開心，下次來景德鎮還會來住
