Chic hotel

It’s close to the North Station but a bit far from the main attractions. The cleanliness needs improvement, room looks good but if you look closer - there were hairs and marks on the floor, and the table wasn’t clean. The rooms aren’t soundproof; you can hear people upstairs (when they move the chair around) or along the hallway. The toilet is a bit too aggressive to push out water when you first sit down - not a good experience. People smoking in the hallways, made the whole place smell smoky. - it’s kinda blow my mind that people would smoke in the lift these days. Breakfast was very average. However, I can’t fault the service or the price. The reception staff were very helpful and changed our room because of the cigarette smell, even upgrading us to a larger room.
