I asked the clerk why it was so troublesome, and he said that because the boss used solid wood flooring on the second floor, he had to change shoes when he went to the second floor. It's really outrageous. You are running a business. If you feel sorry for the solid wood flooring, you can decorate it without using it. If you use it, you will feel sorry and cause trouble to customers; and it will cause trouble to the clerk. I have also stayed in luxury hotels in China, and I have never seen such requirements. If you feel bad about the solid wood floor, you can choose not to install it. Third, the room is very unhygienic. It was blocked when showering. It was all hair that was not cleaned up. Fourth, the staff arrangement is poor. In the morning, there is only one lady serving breakfast to everyone, asking the guests what they want to eat, and then going in to prepare. You either make it a buffet or add more staff. It is a mess when eating breakfast. The coffee machine is broken and no one repairs it. I waited for a long time but the wrong meal was served. There are all kinds of situations. Why don’t you prepare more people? Fifth. Guests are not allowed to eat in the room. What kind of overlord clause is this?
