1昨天下午參觀了井岡山，蹬上了黃洋界，下山時看到了凱旋大酒店，沒猶豫直接進大廳，大廳寬敞明亮，倆位小姐熱情接待了我們，並以最優惠的價格辦理入住，客房也很大，設施齊全，乾濕分離，入住體驗很滿意，早餐的品種多多，吃的飽，吃的好，下次有機會再來打長。

有被無語到、從退房到出酒店還沒有5分鐘，就打電話來説什麼杯子的杯蓋摔壞了，張口就説要我們賠20塊錢！我從接到電話都是懵逼的狀態！我們衹用過漱口的刷牙杯，其他杯子見都沒見過！然後上去房間看到底是什麼杯子被我們摔壞了！如果是我們摔壞的肯定會有印象！不用等到你們檢查我們也會主動告知！！！
檢查後發現是陶瓷杯蓋裏面缺了個口，而且是那種不打開發現不了的！！！！！真的是細思極恐！
首先！我們真的沒有碰過他們所説的這個杯子！
就算有碰過！我們肯定會有印象的！
最讓人無解的事！從我們退房，到出酒店可能就2～3分鐘的時間吧！酒店就打電話來説杯蓋摔壞了！我真的很想問，你們酒店查房第一個查的就是杯子有沒有摔壞嗎？在沒有了解情況之前，一上來就説要我們賠嘗20塊錢！！！大家細品！！！

服務：非常差，前台服務員愛搭不理，一點笑臉都沒有。衞生：非常差，洗漱的時候發現簌口杯底下一層膏，毛巾一塊污漬，讓服務員換一下説都是這樣，重要的是沒有捲紙。周圍很吵雜，停車很不安全。

住了那麼多酒店，都是習慣性好評。但這次體驗極其差！！住的最貴的行政套房，享受的是標間都不如的衞生條件！
首先，衞生清潔不合格！能想象人準備上廁所，掀開馬桶蓋，裡頭滿滿的屎尿嗎！從進門廁所就很臭，一直以為是衞生間不通風，開了排風扇還臭，才發現沒清理！保潔還説是我們拉屎忘沖水了！在我強烈説明，你可以查酒店監控看我進房的時間，她又改口是別的客人用過沒沖，那就是清潔不到位！
其次，衞生間洗浴用品都沒陳列！看這空空如也的架子，完全不像是600多一間的房該有的服務品質！後來打電話給前台，告訴我洗簌用品在櫃子裏藏着！這是怕人偷嗎？！我就沒見哪家酒店是這樣小家子氣的！能住你家最貴的房型還在乎你那點洗浴用品嗎？！
最後，早餐種類少得可憐，連牛奶都沒有！也沒有小童拖鞋。大冬天的，空調還是製冷模式！
總而言之，差差差！尤其是衞生條件！！！
