The hotel experience is great. The room is spacious and comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. The hotel is located in the city center. There are all kinds of delicious food downstairs. Unfortunately, many shops are closed during the Spring Festival. You don’t have to worry about eating when you come here during normal times.

1 Yesterday afternoon, I visited Jinggang Mountain and climbed up Huangyangjie. When I was going down the mountain, I saw the Triumph Hotel. I went straight into the lobby without hesitation. The lobby was spacious and bright. Two young ladies received us warmly and checked us in at the most favorable price. The guest room was also large, fully equipped, and separated from wet and dry areas. I was very satisfied with the stay experience. There were many varieties of breakfast, and I ate well and was full. I will come back to stay longer next time I have the chance.

Service: Very bad, the front desk clerk is indifferent and has no smile at all. Hygiene: Very poor. When I washed up, I found a layer of paste under the mouthwash cup and a stain on the towel. I asked the waiter to change it and he said it was the same for everyone. More importantly, there was no toilet paper. The surrounding is very noisy and parking is not safe.

Having stayed in so many hotels, I habitually give good reviews. But this time the experience was extremely bad! ! Staying in the most expensive executive suite, the sanitary conditions are worse than those of a standard room! First of all, the hygiene and cleanliness are not up to standard! Can you imagine when someone is about to go to the toilet, opens the toilet lid, and finds it is full of **** and urine? The toilet smelled bad as soon as I entered the door. I always thought it was because the bathroom was not ventilated. It still smelled after I turned on the exhaust fan, then I realized it was not cleaned! The cleaning lady even said that we forgot to flush the toilet after taking a ****! After I strongly pointed out that you can check the hotel surveillance to see the time I entered the room, she changed her statement and said that other guests had used the room but did not flush it, which meant that the cleaning was not in place! Secondly, there are no toiletries on display in the bathroom! Looking at these empty shelves, it doesn't seem like the service quality that a room costing more than 600 yuan should have! Later I called the front desk and they told me that the toiletries were hidden in the cabinet! Are you afraid of being stolen? ! I have never seen a hotel that is so petty! If you can live in the most expensive room in your house, would you still care about your toiletries? ! Finally, the breakfast options were very limited, not even milk! There are no children's slippers either. In the middle of winter, the air conditioner is still in cooling mode! All in all, very bad! Especially the sanitary conditions! ! !

The front desk staff is not familiar with the business and they are always pushing sales pitches.
