保安大叔很親切 前台小姐姐也很漂亮 晚上十一點才定的房間 凌晨一點到的酒店 因為行李很重 樓梯不容易搬 大叔幫我們搬上樓梯 小姐姐親切又漂亮 進入酒店才知道原來是維族酒店 風格很喜歡 但是房間設施衞生還是不行 設施比較老舊 打死一衹小強後我趕緊收起行李 包的嚴嚴實實 孩子睡熟了 沒辦法叫客房服務 凌晨兩點發現洗澡水是冷的 洗手枱有熱水 然後就沒有洗澡😟 然後電視機也打不開的 唉…有個優點就是床挺不錯 睡的腰不難受

體驗感很差 根本不值600+的價格 門鎖是壞的 洗澡水不是燙死就是冷死 沒有温水 衞生間門底下是裂的 和保潔要的紙巾也是用過的 隔音很差 性價比太低了 從來沒住過這麼差的酒店

趕路實在沒有辦法開車了，路過精河選擇了這家酒店，衞生實在太差了，被子拉開床上還有毛髮在，洗手盆還會漏水，地毯也是一堆灰及不明液體，真的是澡都不敢洗了，直接將就休息到第二天8點多就走了

定了個最貴的總統套房，每個房間居然沒有空調？溝通後拿了電風扇來，最後悶熱了一晚上沒睡着，玩了北疆一圈，感受最不好的一家酒店

1、房卡消磁，電梯無法解鎖，需要前台協助；然後刷房卡無法打開入户門，反而用卡從門縫裡懟門鎖，可以懟開，安全何在？
2、酒店服務態度差不多，從進門到退房整體給人感覺就是散漫、愛搭不理；期間我們因門鎖問題向酒店提出換房間的要求，酒店方一開始滿口答應，後來又讓我們將就一下，酒店明明大把空房間，卻不能給顧客換個門好的房間，還是説你們家酒店沒有一個房間的門是好的。
3、房內設施陳留，門檻都是爛的，見下圖。
4、衞生一般，沙發一層厚厚的灰。
5、衞生間沒有乾濕分離。
這真的是我伊犁旅遊期間住過的最差的一間酒店。家人們，你們要是選了這酒店，那可真是蓋了帽了。

要住店的記得要考慮清楚了，宴會廳一直在舉辦民族宴會，睡在房間裏像迪廳一樣到12點。房間電話是擺設，不能直接打通前台，我是通過攜程的聯繫方式才能打電話給酒店方，説是必須到12點才消停。過了12點之後，樓下的人經過的聲音都能聽到，我們住4樓啊！半夜3點左右，還有床撞擊牆的聲音（懂得都懂），從3點17分我徹底醒了，到3點半才消停。
