Because of work, I come to Jinghe once a month and stay at this hotel, because it is considered a relatively good hotel in Jinghe County, and the single room I stayed in is also the best. In the past, I stayed for one night, arriving at night and leaving early the next morning, but this time I stayed for two days and was very disappointed. First, the room was not cleaned properly, the bathtub was full of dust, and there were even unknown hairs. Second, I continued to stay, and the room was not changed even though I asked for it to be cleaned. The sheets and quilt covers were not changed. I stayed for two days this time because it became cloudy and my knee joints were rheumatic, so I applied a plaster and rested for a day, but the sheets and plaster may have faded. I checked out at eight in the morning, I didn't notice it when I left, but the hotel called me at noon to ask for the bed sheet cleaning fee. I don't know if I understood it correctly. If it was serious, intentional, and it couldn't be washed off normally, I would be willing to pay, but it wasn't obvious and it was easy to wash off normally, so why should I pay? Don't you let the next guest continue to use your bed sheets if they are not dirty at first glance? I told you the next morning to clean the room, but you didn't change my bed sheets, but just replenished the toiletries. I doubt whether you will do the same to the next guest. If it's not obviously dirty, you won't change it. If it's obviously dirty, you ask the guest to charge the cleaning fee. I stayed for another day, and you didn't change the quilt cover and bed sheets. Shouldn't you refund me the relevant fees? Does my room fee include the cleaning fee for the next day?

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, the room and bathroom are also large, and the bathroom has a bit of an offensive smell. Hygiene: Generally clean, but the details need to be improved. The towels and bath towels are a bit old and not very comfortable to use. Environment: The environment is still good, the parking lot is large enough, and the surrounding scenery is also beautiful, right by the Jinghe River. Service: Average.

I clearly booked 2 executive rooms on Ctrip, and the system showed that they were arranged on the 3rd to 6th floors... But when I actually checked in, it was too late and I was too tired, so I didn't pay attention and directly accepted the room on the 1st floor... I didn't realize it until I checked out... Isn't this cheating consumers... In addition, the hotel breakfast has very few varieties and the hygiene is worrying. There are flies flying around while eating breakfast...

Clean and sanitary, the room is spacious, the facilities are relatively new, it is worth recommending. The river view room we stayed in that day had a nice view outside, free parking, and a very good breakfast with a variety of varieties, especially the delicious yogurt

I was very surprised at the price of such a hotel, it's really worth it. I took a short break on the way back and was unexpectedly surprised by this hotel. The room was close to the river, and there was a rich and nutritious breakfast. Before leaving, I bought the local specialty wolfberry in the hotel lobby!
