The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was absolutely incredible and incredibly helpful! 🥹 We were in a frantic rush, almost missing our high-speed train. We quickly called a taxi, and she immediately jumped in to help with our luggage, even arranging for it to be sent directly from the hotel to the train station. She was so kind, constantly assisting us with our bags and loading them into the car! The hotel also offers an excellent pickup service. They picked us up directly from the high-speed train station and brought us to the hotel. The service was fantastic, and the vehicle was spacious and spotless. Our driver, a lovely lady, was incredibly warm and even brought us some small fruits from Nuoji Mountain (she called them 'Sanya fruits,' tasting like mini mangosteens!). The hotel's location in Gaozhuang is truly unbeatable! It's super close to the Starlight Night Market, surrounded by numerous restaurants and fruit shops. In the evenings, there are also plenty of delicious street food stalls! Overall, the hotel service was excellent! The breakfast area, located on the other side, also offered a wonderful ambiance. Our room was very clean and even included a washing machine, which was incredibly handy for laundry. We ran out of hangers and requested nine more, which were promptly delivered to our room. Honestly, the front desk staff really saved the day when we were almost late for our train! Seriously, everyone, you absolutely *must* stay at this hotel! It's also super convenient to order takeout from popular Xishuangbanna 'influencer' spots. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for snapping some gorgeous photos!

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect mattress that was neither too soft nor too firm. It was fully equipped, even boasting a Dyson hairdryer! The private onsen uses sulfur hot springs, and you can refill it as many times as you like. The service was superb! We just WeChat messaged our butler, Xiao Li, for anything we needed, like room cleaning or refilling the bath. Both Xiao Li and Apa are excellent! The resort environment is also wonderful. The outdoor public pools aren't quite finished yet, but I imagine it'll be even better once they are. Breakfast was fantastic too, with plenty of choices! I hope to stay here again. They even provide an electric mosquito repellent, which was great because I was worried about bugs but barely got bitten at all! Excellent!

It had been an amazing experience staying in the hotel. The staff here is friendly and helpful whenever we need help. Easy to communicate via texts to arrange the pick-up service. The room is exactly the same as the image & food is easy to eat as they have lots of choices to choose. Highly recommended this hotel. This stay was fantastic! The hotel is elegant and spacious, and the lobby is a breathtaking sight. The pool is clean and comfortable! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The shower had strong water pressure, and the hot water came quickly, washing away any fatigue. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, were incredibly helpful and smiling. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The overall value for money was excellent, and it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
