小區遠離鬧市，離告莊市中心、機場也不遠，十幾分鍾就到了，離曼聽公園更近。小區內綠化植被都是熱帶植物，很好看。別墅和高層都住了，更推薦住高層，隔音效果私密性都更好，房間也更大。
服務很到位，有什麼疑問和需求，管家24小時隨時羣裏解答，想要洗衣液啥的馬上就送過來了。小區可以游泳，娃去了兩次，跟其他小朋友一起玩，都捨不得走。也送了下午茶。總體還是很滿意。

設施：設施很新，感覺像是裝修沒多長時間的樣子；
衞生： 還不錯，以民宿的標準來説算是還可以了；
環境： 整個小區很大，還有一個小型植物園；
服務： 不錯，需要的物品都會送到。
總體來説，最舒服的地方是有個小院，在院子裏聊天、喝茶都很舒服；美中不足的地方是衹有一個主卧裏有衞生間，另一個洗手間不在房間裏，住其他房間的人需要走出房間去洗手間；對於晚上愛起夜的人來説不友好，本人無感。

環境：春節期間帶父母旅遊入住，整個小區環境不錯，邊上就是曼賀納古寨，用餐選擇比較多。
服務：管家服務，叫擺渡車什麼的都比較方便，第一天晚上還送了糖水宵夜。
衞生：一般吧，還可以接受。
設施：有房間隔音不太好，樓上有什麼響動都比較明顯。

在萬科的小區裏，環境非常好，很幽靜，房間環境很有特色，每户獨立一個入口，一層的有院子，頂層的有露台，配了露營桌，適合曬太陽，有廚房，冰箱洗衣機齊全，小區裏有咖啡廳，小賣部，外賣也能到，適合短期旅行，也很適合長住。
