環境：中式裝修和傢俱古色古香，房間面積很大設施：樓上樓下兩個游泳池，現在淡季就開放了一個，院子裏裝修別緻，一個觀景水池獨具特色。養了很多魚，孩子拿了幾次魚食去餵魚，玩的很盡興。還有茶室免費品🍵，衹不過我們不怎麼喜歡喝茶就沒去體驗。衞生：房間打掃很乾凈，沒什麼衞生死角服務：這次雲南住了七晚，4個酒店，這個服務最好。1️⃣前台小姐姐小哥哥主動幫拿行李🧳送到房間，管家建了個專為我們服務的微信羣2️⃣還幫洗衣服曬衣服3️⃣每天送圖四這樣一份水果（我以為就第一天有送歡迎水果）4️⃣來之前一天就聯繫要不要接站或接機，很貼心，市區景點都免費送我們去，最後一天提早詢問發車時間送我們去火車站。住了兩晚，每次遇到工作人員都是微笑打招呼，非常親切☺️ 接機/接站:這個最需要誇誇，我們不是自駕遊，酒店也在別墅區，本來還想出行是不是會不方便，但完全沒有，每一次我們出去玩市區景點（曼聽公園、星光夜市等等），酒店的工作人員就會第一時間安排車輛送我們出去（酒店自有車輛配備也很不錯，數量也多）最後提點不足之處，洗浴備品最好能提升一下，那個牙刷實在不怎麼好。

設施：傢俱都是紅木，訪問驅蟲的，有種淡淡的香味，而且非常有質感！（老闆豪氣！）健身房有高位下拉器，樓頂的泳池白天曬一天之後水温非常合適，停車位有充電樁！租車友好！衞生：蠻乾淨噠～院子裏有那麼多花花草草，想維護整潔應該需要下挺多功夫的，老闆用心啦～環境：隨手拍就很出片，綠植非常多，配上樓下的泳池，很適合拍照！服務：非常非常非常好！感謝老闆幫忙升級房型，員工們也都非常nice，非常親切，有求必應，受寵若驚🤣 接機/接站: 送機時間非常準確，因為航班延誤前一天晚上改了送機時間，也秒回覆可以～還和我們説，想去市區內的話，如果司機不忙，也可以幫忙送到市區，很不錯！總體評價入住體驗感很不錯，屋內的浴巾、洗漱用品、甚至自助早餐的筷子包裝上都有北迴歸線的logo，老闆投入真的很大很用心～不太方便的地方就是，酒店在別墅區內，去市區吃飯沒那麼方便，但是可以點外賣，婉泰也可以點，我們想吃新鮮的，所以都開車去市區，路很窄又趕上修路，有點點不方便，有點點繞，趕上導航不靈光的時候，總找不到路😂 但是打滴滴也很方便，不是問題；還有就是，晚上去樓頂的泳池，在柱子形的燈盞裏看到壁虎了，還挺多衹的，可以有個心理準備～祝老闆生意興隆，下次來住可以打個折，哈哈

完全超乎預料的體驗： 1️⃣非常周到、熱情。免費接機、送機，車子是特別帥的商務車，專車專送。後座有獨立迷你操作面板，可以獨立控制座位專屬空調、燈光等，關鍵還是按摩座椅。而且可以免費送到市區景點，衹是我覺得太麻煩人家，都是自己打車。所有工作人員都特別禮貌、熱情，即使有電梯也一直幫忙拿行李、拿外賣，真的是24小時服務。還為我專門建立服務羣，所有工作人員和老闆都在裏面，溝通高效、服務周到、隨時響應。 2️⃣免費給我升級房間，房間非常大、很舒適，酒店開業不到一年，設備都非常新，房間非常舒適。而且老闆太豪了，比一般酒店都大的超級大別墅酒店，非常安靜、有游泳池、健身房、乒乓球、桌球設備。全酒店實木裝修、實木傢俱。 3️⃣看到我照片的朋友，來酒店為我化粧、拍照的化粧師、攝影師也説這個酒店非常帥。 4️⃣特別安靜、安全，打網約車很方便，距離機場、星光夜市、潑水廣場、江邊夜市、曼聽公園車程基本都在20分鐘內，巨方便。店家如果能保持這樣的服務和環境，一定會越做越好。下次來版納絕對會再入住，體驗感真的太好了，花幾百元體驗到其他店上千元房型也沒有的服務。
