We selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. But the pool is only open for few hours from 3/4 pm to 8 pm. it is also not a heated one so the water is icy cold.
Wifi connection was very weak. it was impossible to work from the hotel room.
Light switches were broken so someone had to come fix them.
We asked for a bucket of ice but they said they don't have ice.
Not that the service was bad per se but you should not expect regular hotel services and amenities.

Touched❣️ - I really felt the deep meaning of the word "Chen Xin"~ The hotel service is really amazing💓 My good impression of Banna has reached a new level! - The room we chose has an independent balcony, and if you are lucky, you can see the sunset🌄! The hotel has an independent swimming pool🏊♂️ and a gym🏋️ on the underground floor. There is also a children's👧 area and a breakfast🥣 dining area next to it! The breakfast is quite rich, and its fans are particularly interested~~hahaha! -
