We had a wonderful stay in this hotel!!! We where with 2 families and everyone enjoyed- there is a lot of activities for the kids. And the breakfast was one of the best we ever had!!!! And the service was fantastic 🙏🙏🙏 10/10

As the most passionate and loyal enthusiast of Intercontinental, I did not hesitate to choose the Crown Holiday Inn under Intercontinental's umbrella for this trip to Xishuangbanna. The overall style of the hotel is luxurious and appropriately distinctive, perfectly integrating Dai culture into it. The concept of intercontinental people-oriented is reflected in both the concierge service and room care service upon entering the hotel. This is a perfect trip!!!

I was staying in 西双版纳皇冠酒店 during 国庆节期间. It was wonderful experience. Even if hotel location was not very close with famous site, there service was so good. They gave us indivisual service through wechat. So i want to say thank you so much for 李秀芬

My son and I loved this hotel. The rooms were so elegant, the service was incredible and the facilities were excellent.

The service was excellent - especially Ms. Veina (Head of reception/guest relations). Ms. Veina is not
only a very charming and helpful person, but she really tried to make my trip a very special one. No request was too much for her, she always showed a true sense of hospitality and provided very professional service.
Also the breakfast team was very accommodating and supportive - a really nice, young and enthusiastic team.
Many thanks for a fantastic stay! I certainly will try to return again soon.

The receptionist hang up the Telephone two times when I called from taxi. Most certainly because she Did not understand English. Informationdesk also no English.

Excellent service, especially the receptionist Ada, who were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. I had decided to spend my birthday at this hotel and surprised by the birthday cake making my first use of the hotel first time!! Will definitely come back again 👍

We had a pleasant stay. The lobby was particularly impressive with real peacocks. Breakfast buffet was expansive and the service was great with the staff remembering our breakfast beverage choices. Room was clean but as the property is huge, it was quite a walk to get to the room. Free car parking with electric charging facilities were also available. Our package included a complimentary photo shoot with a large selection of traditional clothes for adults and children provided at the Aman studio. The photo shoot was very professional and the photographer did a great job capturing our family photos. Highly recommended!
