Amazing location, and mostly clean hotel. My first room had lots of ants, so I asked for a different room. The second room was mostly ant free.

The hotel is in the city. The Passenger Transport Center Station is just downstairs. It is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. It is worth the price. I stayed here for the 10 days in Xishuangbanna. There is a farmer's market next to it and there is a lot of fruit!

The advantage is that the room is cheap, the transportation is convenient, there is a bus station downstairs, and it is very quiet, but the room is too broken and dirty, it feels like it has not been tidied at all
