When I arrived at 2 a.m. , a staff just checked my passport number and guided me to the room. In 10 mins, he came to the room to check my travel code(green) and health code(green). When I was in the bathroom to take a shower, he came to the room again to check my visa. In 10 mins, he came again to check some….. I forgot how many time he came my room in the midnight.
It was inconvenient and I feel like he doesn’t have responsibility to provide good service. When I told him one of lights was broken in the room, he willingly told me that he would change the room in the morning. But the next day, I heard there was no room available.
This hotel ruined my beautiful memory in xishuangbanna.

The price/performance ratio is high, because it is the peak tourist season, there is a small swimming pool in the middle, and many children are seen playing in it. There is a family room here, which is suitable for family living. Hot water comes out quickly, with a balcony, you can dry clothes.

酒店乾淨整潔，入住很舒適，員工和老闆接待多很熱情，服務態度特別好，大廳和房間衞生也很乾凈，地理位置也特別好，步行5分鐘就能到東南亞最大的夜市，去其他景點也很方便，特別合適旅遊出差入住，這次旅行住這非常滿意，好評喲，下次如果還來版納玩還住這裏

挑了好幾家，最終選了這家酒店，沒讓我失望，哈哈！！房間乾淨整潔，服務周到。大泳池很乾凈，遊起來很舒服。酒店位置也不錯，去哪都很方便，下次過來版納肯定再住！！！
