Great communication with the host and everything was well prepared for our arrival. The free airport pickup service was very helpful and everyone was very polite from check in to check out. The hotel interior was on point and had a very beautiful design in all common areas. The room was very spacious and well decorated and had excellent amenities with a private bathtub in the balcony. Definitely a gem and would come back again!

Very nice hotel up in a hilly villa area, very quit, very nice view and excellent service. Its a nice contrast to the vibrant city in the evening. I got a free upgrade for my booked room. Laudry service is for free and one can enter the pool 24/7.

From the location to the staff to the room to the pool… everything was perfect! The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Nothing much is happening around but if you want to go somewhere to relax and chill in a luxurious environment, this is the place to be.

Hotel located in a residential area in a tropical garden in a very quite location. Charming hotel mixed modern and ethics architectal design. All in all a very lovely experiences to be warmly suggested. Staff very dedicated kind and proactive and excellent food.. Hope to come back soon

整體體驗簡直超出預期！首先地理位置非常便利，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效迅速，還貼心升級了房型，真的驚喜！房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代又温馨，床品舒適度滿分，最喜歡陽台，一打開就能看到山，美極了！衞浴設施乾淨整潔，乾濕分離設計很人性化，高端洗護用品的細節也很加分。早餐種類豐富，中西式選擇多樣，食材新鮮味道棒。酒店還配有泳池，體驗感不輸高端會所。管家小畢服務周到貼心！

第二次入住泊度，第一次在騰沖，酒店體驗非常好，人性化，軟性服務到位，處處體現細節。環境優美，精緻。生活用品洗臉巾，戴森，梳子，洗護用品都非常好。馬桶是智能的，要是沒有語音廣告就更好了。每晚都有晚安甜品。

算是最滿意的一程了，早餐除了當地特色米幹，還有小朋友喜歡的漢堡和三文治，果汁是鮮榨不是飲料，下午茶時段我睡過頭了，孩子自己下去，已經有服務員送上來，非常貼心，到晚餐都很適合口味，作為廣東人來説，吃的是鮮味，野生菌雞湯很合口味，機票一直延誤，和管家茂林溝通也幫我們申請延遲退房，就連送來的冷泡茶也很好喝,就連沐浴露的味道都比文華的寶格麗的好聞多了，待在這，景點都不想逛，衹想靜靜的躺着

超級滿意的一次入住，雖然是綜藝中的明星酒店，但是我們入住的時候可能是淡季，人並不多。酒店在山上，能夠看到山景呼吸到新鮮空氣。給我們升級了明星房型，管家的服務也很細心周到，天氣炎熱待在酒店也是很愜意的一天。
