Centrally located. Easy to find. Very clean hotel and spacious rooms. Hot water strong. All amenities provided and wifi works. Bed is comfortable. Extended my stay.

Nice guest house in the center of the old town, perfect location to visit all local attractions, night markets and full of places to eat around. The host, his wife and the cleaning ladies are all very kind and helpful also with foreign guests, they give you advices and help if needed. Considering that this is a budget accommodation, the room was much better than expected, totally worth the money I spent, the building and the rooms also seem freshly renovated.

I looked at many inns and chose this one. The room is big, clean and the location is great. It's very convenient to go everywhere. It's very quiet and very close to Gaozhuang Night Market. The inn has a small garden with many green plants. Xiangjia Garden Inn is the first recommendation when traveling to Xishuangbanna.

I booked a room with two beds, one large and one small. There is very little space in the room except the bed. There is no adequate area for suitcases. All facilities are average. It is a connected two-story building. The biggest safety hazard is that the sliding door on the balcony is not locked. Do you wonder if someone climbed in from the balcony?
The service from the landlady is average.
On the day I left, I found many items covered with various small ants. This is something I haven't encountered in other B&Bs in Xishuangbanna.

The location is convenient and very close to the night market. There is a local restaurant diagonally opposite, and there is also mushroom soup hotpot opposite. The boss also provided Dai girl clothes, which were all very clean. I took photos in the yard wearing them! I booked a family suite with my parents for a trip. Although there is no open window on the upper floor, it has air conditioning. I don't stay in the house during the day when I'm traveling, so I'm still very satisfied! !
