The the location is great! Shops and restaurants around the hotel are like a night market itself. It’s walkable to the 星光夜市 which has many varieties of food and shopping as well. Hotel has free pickup service but not free stop off. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, decent varieties. We chose the river front room where we see the night cruise sails by. Overall it is a nice hotel.

We applaud the staff here for their excellent service, esp counter staff Ms 丞丞 and Mr 张张. Location is great, very near to the 星光night market. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good as well. Pool is nice, facing the Mekong river. Free flow of bottled water, welcome fruits and daily afternoon tea serving were much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in great location. Breakfast is simple but we didn’t found a place where have coffee or juice or something to drink. Hot milk was available. Room is quiet and without any smoke smell which is huge advantage! Hotel can organise transportation with calm and polite driver.

The aircon to the room that has the river view is not working ... I told the front desk but they insist that it is working fine however half way through the night, my parents woke up due to the room being super hot.... They keep on insisting that it is due to the sunlight from the window... However they woke up in the middle of the night where there is no sun.... So nothing was resolved... I was lucky enough as I decided to get a room for myself which was cold.... But my parents were just unlucky .... However with all the bad things that happen ... I must still say the view was good.

Very good location, staff are friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious. Provide free airport pick up. Airport drop off cost 100 RMB, which is very good deal, as we have 7 people and 8 luggages with several backpacks. We hired the driver Mr.Yang who picked us up from the airport for some day trips, which saved us lots of traffic time. Room service was completed everyday stocking all our daily wants and needs. We ended up with a room with a real great view that looks over the river too! Wonderful experience!
