Dongdong is always kind and helpful to foreigner. Even though he asked me if you have a a question please let me know because language barrier .
🧺At 16 floor 24 hours you can use it’s very clean and accurate . New machines,it’s clean.
👥Receptionist arranged me to pick up for free. free print .people are very kind ,people are smiling and safe,polite.
💜Thank you for your kindness!
🍽️On second floor is breakfast and buffet. It’s so tasty and you can enjoy Thai Chinese foods.
I ate very well. very yummy.

The hotel had a funky vibe, we had a fantastic stay, great location, great breakfast and very filling afternoon tea every day! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dong dong was awesome to deal with, very attentive, super helpful and fast at communicating 🤩

I went to 菠萝酒店 in 西双版纳 during 国庆节期间。first there location was very close with 星光夜市 so, it was so convenient to move there. Then there was very clean and kind. It was pretty clear i would go to 菠萝酒店 if i go to 西双版纳 again

Great location if you wanna feel the vibe and noise of the city. This area get busy and loud in the evenings, mostly of visitors to the city. Some of the roads gets closed to vehicles during the evening cater to pedestrians. The rooms are sufficient and staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is mainly fChinese food with some selection of dry cereal such as Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies. Do make sure you check out the pool, bar and gym on the top floor.
