客棧的位置非常便利,交通方便，告莊大門口是各景區的始發點,周圍環境優美,吃喝玩樂一條龍。暫就定了一天，因為有長者，客棧貼心安排了接機服務。讓我感受到了家的温暖。

客棧處於勐巴拉娜西大劇院對面，鬧中取靜的位置，房間乾淨衞生，老闆員工暖心問候如沐春風，周圍有着很多有趣的地方，窩在陽台吊椅上看看風景，喝喝咖啡，愜意舒適。適合冬季養生小住。值得推薦[強]。

缺點：
1. 服務態度差，入住前一天晚上打電話説隨時都可以入住，第二天到了又説不可以，春節假期人多不是説詞，做不到就不要給承諾。還説不想住可以退，退你倒是別扣按金啊，年30被噁心，服務差到極點
2. 衞生差，衞生間乾濕不分離，給的洗髮水竟然有一股惡臭！反饋了第二天竟然還用之前的瓶子裝。房間裏設施老舊，根本沒有隔音可言
3. 最高四樓，沒有電梯！
要不是年三十當天不好定家庭房，説什麼都不會住這，受這窩囊氣，也就值兩三百的價，春節期間宰客要1000多
唯一優點就是離星光夜市比較近
這次讓我感受到有些民俗的差勁

房間設施一般，廁所沒有手持花灑，一點不方便，其他配套也不咋地，還訂的豪華房間和普通沒啥差別，第一晚入住半夜吵得很，服務也差，我們訂的2晚提前一天退一晚都不幹，攜程幫講了很多好話都不行，估計就是訂的人不多，坑一個是一個
