Next time, I will try to bring a bike or standing scooter to travel around easier but most places in the city can be reached within 15 minutes by taxi.

What a cool place!! Our friends recommended to go there as they had just stayed in this brand new hotel and loved it. She really made a great difference for us, also compared to some other experiences when traveling in China. The location of the hotel is so cool, you’re right in the middle of a small and cute part of the city, super close to the river and where many restaurants, bars, temples are. The pool is just amazing, on roof top, good size, great view, small pool bar with all you can wish for! This hotel was exactly what we wanted and actually what most people want when they stay in Xishuangbanna. We absolutely recommend to stay there, we have looked at other places before and when we passed by just because we were curious, but this was the one we liked most from design, location and again, that balcony!!!!

Incredible experience at Gaia Legend Resort Hotel! The hotel is located in a prime location just outside of the famous starlight night market. From stepping through the doors, the hotel staff we very welcoming and friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful and the sound of children laughing filled the hall, from playing in the pool outside. Once upstairs in the rooms, they were immaculately clean and beautiful. The layout of the room is very well thought out and the beds were very comfortable, to get a good nights rest! The pool is very cold though, however that is typical for hotels in the this province. Would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to returning here in the near future.
