Taking my parents on a trip, it's a nice hotel with no problem with parking space. The balcony of the room we were assigned this time can overlook the Big Buddha of the Grand Buddha Temple. It's very convenient and close by car to go to the Lancang River to see Gaozhuang across the river and enjoy the musical fountain. The breakfast is also quite rich. Because we had an early flight before departure, the hotel also prepared a lot of breakfast, which made it difficult for us to finish it. We threw away more It's a pity, but luckily I went to the airport to give it to the little girl at the security check, and she didn't refuse. Good reviews

The hotel is very good, the front desk is very warm, saw us with the children, took the initiative to send children's toiletries. I am afraid that we have other needs, but also specially added WeChat to facilitate us to contact at any time. I heard that we will bring children to vacation during the Spring Festival. The hotel is great , on the same complex as Crown Plaza Hotel. Although staff didn’t speak English ( what we were expecting for this kind of hotel ), they were always willing to help ( using phone translator ). We couldn’t ordered food through the phone ( room service did not speak English ) and for being and international hotel , this should be improved. Besides that , great great great for family ! Playground for kids all over the hotel , indoor pool ( when days are raining or not colder ) and nice structure.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

The last stop in Banna was arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which was the most correct arrangement for this trip. The room was clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony view was great, which made the body and mind relax. The hotel is located a bit out of Xishuangbanna but surrounded by nature. Very helpful and nice stuff. There is a shuttle bus for different attractions like the night market to use for free. Also air port shuttle is provided. Unfortenately the outdoor pool was not usable as they were cleaning it while being here but there is an indoor pool and a gym to use. The breakfast was good. We‘ve booked the executive package which was a bit disappointing as the main food contained of Chinese dishes and barely Western food as we thought might be different in such an international hotel of this category. The hotel seems a bit old but that didn‘t bother us.

We loved this guesthouse! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. So the room was great, we actually booked one of the smaller double rooms, but after seeing inside one of the duplex rooms when we come again next time we will book one of those instead cause they looked gorgeous! The location is perfect especially for the night market which is only very short walk away. This could be an issue though if you like an early night and are a light sleeper as the night market goes on rather late. In terms of amenities, the main thing I liked was the swimming pool, it was refreshing and certainly not as cold as I expected. I spent several happy hours in there. There is no restaurant on site, but you are surrounded by lots of restaurants and the owner kindly pointed us in the direction of one of the great ones. The best thing about this place though is the service. It’s a family run guesthouse and they all, from the grandparents to the owners to the little baby, really make you feel welcome! Just book! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. They contacted us ahead of time to confirm our stay and arrange transportation to the hotel. They were available via WeChat at any time and quickly fulfilled any requests we had. The hotel was very quiet and away from The busyness of the city center while still being easily accessible. The room was very clean and comfortable and they offered complimentary warm milk each evening as well as a fruit tray one evening and ginger tea on a cold day. Driver Wang helped us arrange our day activities and drove us anywhere we wanted to go for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in XiShuangBanna.
