服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去。下了訂單，會提前打電話詢問到達時間，房間朝向需求，是否需要發定位等等。
特別是退房我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回。
酒店環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，大廳寬敞明亮很特別很讓人喜歡，房間內也讓人感覺温馨。

個人有點潔癖，對挑酒店，是情願貴，也不情願檔次差，來荊門出差，搜尋到這家酒店，看到價格我就準備退的，結果看到這是一棟樓的酒店，不是快捷酒店，就勉強辦了入住，140塊，太便宜，但是環境可以比上其他一些城市的四星級檔次，空間很大，下次再來！

到店辦理入住快速，前台很熱情，還送了早餐券。房間設施設備齊全，空調製暖效果不錯，淋浴出熱水很快，洗頭洗澡都不會被凍着，簡直太棒了[強]！

辦入住的時候一再要求前台給一間帶窗的房間。前台説放心都有窗，而且還是落地窗！抱着懷疑的態度進了房間，果然是全景落地窗，坐窗户邊上喝下午茶特別舒適。這個酒店環境很好，房間格局也不錯，服務員態度也蠻好，一次不錯的入住體驗！

喜歡這樣的酒店，門口就是雙向6車道大馬路，不堵車，大門口停車特別方便。酒店有二十幾層，有點恐高，酒店前台安慰着説放心，越高風景越好，果然窗户外的城市，山峯景色真的不錯。值得點讚的是房間的床墊特別舒服，不軟不硬，一夜好眠！下次還來！

酒店地理位置好找，不在鬧市區，很安靜。高樓層的房間乾淨整潔，物品配置很齊全，一次性用品，吹風機都有，浴袍也有兩件，一次性拖鞋在衣櫃中，有點不太好找，需要涼拖鞋打電話給前台，服務員立刻就送來了，還告訴我要是洗衣服的話，可以到15樓的自助洗衣房去洗，洗衣粉，衣架，晾曬區都有，服務不錯！

辦入住時才知道他們的巨幕影院房是有各種主題裝修的，因我個人原因不太喜歡睡覺的環境太過複雜，前台知道後就幫我免費升級了一個房型，住他們的城景大床房，房間確定不錯，落地窗視野開闊，房間還配備了浴袍，確實值得推薦

這個酒店我必須要給好評，不為別的就為前台小姐姐這個暖心的服務，我下午出去之前把房卡放在前台，晚上回來的時候喝了點酒，到前台拿房卡的時候，小姐姐發現我喝多了酒，就問我需不需要喝點蜂蜜水，等我回房後，就給我送來了一杯沖泡好的蜂蜜水，這是我第一次住酒店碰到這個暖心服務的，必須給贊👍🏻

酒店環境很好，視野開闊，房間光線明亮，有落地窗，樓層很高，但是洗澡出熱水特快，空調製冷效果也很好，就是忘記拍房間圖片了。特別想説的是，在前台辦理入住的時候，前台服務員看我第一次過來出差的，貼心的送了早餐券，説一定要體驗一下他們的自助早餐。早餐廳在6樓，吃的也挺多，餐廳同樣寬敞明亮。這次來荊門，給我的感覺就是乾淨整潔，這個酒店高大明亮，房價還挺實惠，出差首選，推薦！
