Wow. Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Lavande Hotel in Jingmen. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The reception staff always had a nice smile for you each time we left the hotel and returned. Our room included breakfast which was really nice and sufficient until lunch time. The room maid was also lovely who we spoke with a few times. Overall a really nice stay and I would definitely return next time we are in Jingmen. Thankyou.

床墊非常舒服，整體是原木風的裝修風格，我也是挺喜歡的。因為是春節高速太堵車了，而且快到24點免費高速截止了，就下高速休息了一晚。23點才到。
建議停車場多一些指引，找電梯上一樓費了不少勁。而且酒店員工也不熟悉路線。

自駕重慶，回程途中路過，荊門是個小城市，但是看着挺繁華。我是北方人，覺得房間有點冷，一晚上都得開空調，睡着有點不舒服，想加床被子被告知沒有，早餐一般，但是是免費送的，怎麼都滿意。

前台服務很周到，雖然是過年，但是服務質量一點也沒有降低，遇到問題都一一解答。酒店的位置很好，旁邊就是萬達廣場。房間設施和衞生也不錯，總體評價相當滿意。

位置不錯，停車方便，房間寬敞整潔，衞浴需要適應使用，服務很不錯，泡茶用水很大方，七人早餐不夠的都贈送了，下次還會入住。

房間很安靜，服務熱情周到，無論是前台還是餐廳的員工都非常熱情有禮貌，耐心仔細的服務讓人倍感舒適，房間佈局也很喜歡，設施很新，房間比較智能化，藍牙音箱，空氣凈化器，小冰箱應有盡有，全落地窗，床超級舒服，房間面積也很大，還有免費洗衣服務，交通便利，樓下有免費的地下停車場，導航搜尋麗楓酒店停車場即可到達，停車方便，各項設施都很齊全，早餐品種豐富，選擇性比較多，乾淨衞生，還有小童牙刷和拖鞋，服務超好的，性價比也挺高，出差旅行首選
