酒店的早餐非常不錯，中西式結合，房間環境不錯，前台兩位美女態度熱情，是商務出差旅行的不錯選擇。酒店環境乾淨衞生，設施齊全，前台小楊和小趙服務員態度不錯，感覺特別温馨，下次會繼續選擇這裏

設施：酒店去年重新裝修的，很新，位於市中心，交通便利。
衞生：非常乾淨
服務：酒店服務可比五星級，熱情周到，特別是前台楊秀蓮，她對住店客人的諮詢有問必答，專業素質非常高，推薦的酒店餐飲正宗好吃，以後來荊門，就住世紀大酒店，性價比高。

房間設施是老了些，但是據説要改造升級了。不得不誇誇服務，好像服務員知道我希望她們做什麼一樣。我的化粧品散着第二天就發現收到了一個收納盒裡，我洗了內衣掛在衣櫃，第二天發現拿來一個晾衣架掛在了窗户的通風口。我同事説，他把床上的四個枕頭厚的那個放電視櫃，第二天就發現服務員留了字條説可能對枕頭不適應，給拿了個決明子枕頭。驗證了服務是最好的增值
