A very good hotel, from the service to the room, only one word can describe it (great). The epidemic prevention is very good. The temperature is taken at the door, and the itinerary code is checked. The waiters are very professional and should be trained. The check-in process was quick and the service attitude was very good. 前台服務特別好。雖然是第一次入住，但是真的感覺都還挺好的。首先是用自助機辦理的入住，沒有帶身份證，刷臉就可以了。其次。還倒了茶水給我喝。正好是我最喜歡喝的紅棗桂圓茶。然後房間比我想象中的要好很多。首先很乾凈衞生，沒有異味，房間真的好大啊，入住之後，前台還有機器人給我送的東西，我還以為是什麼外賣了，沒想到還給我送的入住水果點心。還挺不錯的。最後最重要的兩點就是早餐很好吃，他的牛肉麪，我喜歡吃辣，正對我的胃口，這邊離高鐵站也很近，二十幾分鍾就到了

第一次住海逸酒店，聽説是荊門的本土酒店已經開了有二十幾年了，這次住的是他們的分店，火車站這邊的店，離車站非常近，就在火車站的斜對面，走地下通道，幾分鐘就到了。其次酒店環境也挺好的，雖然裝修了好幾年了，但沒有一點陳舊感，麻將機也很好用，感覺還蠻新的，房間蠻大蠻大的，還有兩個沙發座， 衞生間乾濕分離，比較方便，最最貼心的是前台小姐姐，辦理入住的時候聽出來我感冒了，還熱心的幫我沖了999，服務不錯，挺走心的，入住也送了點心水果，沃柑好甜啊，總之住的很滿意

前台服務很熱情，住了兩天，入住的時候用的自助機辦理的還是蠻方便的，也很快。沒有帶身份證也可以辦。而且辦理入住的時候都倒了茶水的。入住之後還送了小點心。。房卡丟了。前台小姐姐，還幫忙申請了特價賠償，我也挺不好意思的。下次有機會的話還是會選擇海逸火車站這家店。

酒店地理位置很好，剛好就在火車站的對面過了地下通道就是。這裏離白雲觀，園博園、龍泉書院都很近。早餐也不錯，服務態度很好，還給贈送小吃和水果，酒店的房間都不對馬路，非常安靜！

住的還挺不錯的，親子房是一個套房，有兩個床。房間也很乾凈，其次的話服務也挺不錯的。前台小姐姐很熱情，辦理入住的時候用自助機辦理的很方便，沒有帶身份證也可以辦理
