After all, it's a hotel that costs 1,000 yuan a night. I don't know at what price I can get two good towels. 3. I booked a suite, but there was no bathtub in it. When I booked the hotel, I mistakenly thought there was one from the photos. Of course, it's my fault that I didn't call the hotel to verify. I went to the front desk and was told that only the rooms with the word ”luxury” have bathtubs. Does it mean that you can book an ordinary luxury king-size bed room or something like that? The bath ball I excitedly gave my baby was not used. 4. The service staff in the hot spring center feels too few. It may be because of the Chinese New Year. If you want something, you have to find someone all over the world to get it. In addition, I don't understand why you have to use a wet towel and then change it to a dry towel. Where is your service reflected? Is it reflected in handing over a towel? 5. The hot spring center should still focus on outdoor pools. It's too cold and windy outside in winter. It's still not suitable.

Xiao Guo at the front desk helped to urge the room and communicate when we checked in around 14:00, but the hygiene was not yet cleaned. The first mate was also very good, handsome and enthusiastic. The security uncle changed 2 shifts, but each one was very enthusiastic, guiding the vehicle and introducing the surrounding area. The location is very good, close to the industrial and commercial street, the room is quite big, the scenery outside the window is really average, but it does not affect, the front desk attitude is very good, there is no noise in the environment, the room is no problem as a whole, but the door is too big, it feels like it is not closed, the main problem is the quality of the people coming and going. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was talking loudly, and the child ran back and forth in the corridor. He was speechless, so the sound coming in was louder. And tea was poured when you checked in. Small snacks were also sent after check-in. . The room card was lost. The front desk lady also helped to apply for special compensation, I am also very embarrassed. If you have the opportunity next time, you will still choose Haiyi Railway Station.
