首先，衞生：剛進門就看到床上的被套床單皺巴巴，像極了上個客人住完就在上面噴了點水，鋪了一下，一問前台人家説是布草是他們自己在洗，首先不説有沒有資質，就是人家布草公司的高温那一項你們應該達不到吧。其次，服務：在四小項裏面還算湊合，然後，設施：面盆不下水。遙控器早都沒電了，電視都關不掉，環境：也是一塌糊塗。
其實這些都是次要，最讓人氣憤的就是會不敲門刷開你的房門，剛開始以為是打掃衞生的阿姨，如果最後看了監控才知道是打掃衞生阿姨的孩子，雖然是孩子，但是也不能作為犯錯的理由，上班允許帶孩子嗎，允許把總卡給孩子嗎，如果大家對衞生和安全比較重視，那麼大家避雷這家。

老闆服務很好非常熱情，酒店環境很好非常新，唯一的缺點是我們晚上到的酒店停車場滿了，但老闆讓我們聽到附近一個幾百米的醫院裏麪給我門報銷停車費了
