温泉泡池蠻多，每天早上都會清洗池子，重新注水，所以儘量趕在上午泡，人少水還乾淨。
可能春節人太多了，酒店接待能力有限。女賓更衣室有異味，每人衹發一條浴巾，公共温泉處沒有備用浴巾，天冷非常不友好！房間隔音差。
酒店晚餐不錯，特別是蓮藕湯和大白刁～

太差勁了。 。 就是個大澡堂子，來了自己放水，放出來了的水特別燙，還得加冷水一直等，跟温泉一點關係都沒有，就是個瓷磚浴缸。衞生就很一般。 。

服務：在湖北省地市州明文規定不能私自燃放煙花爆竹的情況下，酒店任由住客/遊客從晚上九十點開始在客房外空地放禮炮、煙花，甚至到凌晨兩點鐘還未停止，與酒店前台溝通希望制止，反饋居然説是酒店允許的，還是專門提供場地給他們放的。衹能説這酒店根本不在乎所謂的住户體驗，建議別來。

前台小姐姐們都很温柔喲，房間有迎賓服務，贈送了小吃還有飲料水果，私湯房型比較大，住的挺舒服的。自助早餐的品質也不錯，有椒鹽基圍蝦，肥腸麪，現磨咖啡……能夠吃飽呢！唯一的美中不足就是：客房部的服務還需要提升。陽台有泡池，人出來走動，弄得地面上有水很正常，我特地找客房部要個拖把拖一下，一是怕孩子摔了，二是怕把卧室裏的地板泡壞了，結果，我自己拖，還要被客房的阿姨叨叨叨，你這就過分了，你見過哪個住酒店的客人還自己去拖地的？

第一次到有着天沐温泉名字的温泉來，總的感覺來看還是不錯了，人不是特別多，公共泡池也不是很多，好在精緻乾淨，更衣室的設施讓人眼前一亮，總的來説，整個度假區域給人以舒適之感。

辦理好入住後，前台人員會引導並介紹餐廳及温泉，辦理退房後還贈送了伴手禮，感覺很貼心。
算是新酒店，所以設施都比較新，衞生做的也很乾凈。房間內的温泉，水量大，搭配酒店贈送的水果飲料零食，非常愜意。
