先説好的：客棧位置得天獨厚，在房間陽台就可以拍到美景（見圖片）。旁邊就是停車場，對自駕遊友好。老闆可以帶入景區，不用買門票。服務熱情。
不好的：房間水壓不行，大過年的，我在洗澡，剛打濕全身，竟然沒水了，最後是去一樓的衞生間洗的。老闆説正好是住宿客人用水高峯期，所以才會這樣。希望以後可以解決這個問題。

攜程金鑽淺淺來點評下這家我住得很滿意的民宿
🐞地理位置優越，從三層可以直接看到舊州古鎮文昌閣（配圖的2張風景照都是三層拍的）不用早起拉開窗簾就是如畫般的景色（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎）
🦋房間温馨、燈光舒適，大家關心的衞生可以給很高評價（實話説之前住過單價4、5k的豪華酒店也未必這麼乾淨）除了牀板比較硬有點整治我的脊椎其他都很好～熱水舒服😌大家自己帶毛巾哈
🐝民宿沒有電梯，但是有熱心的老闆幫忙把行李箱用鋼索吊到相應樓層，也免去了搬挪行李的麻煩。
🪴另外因為我們從外地來，交通出行多少有些不便，第一天去鵝泉有網約車接應，第二天想去渠洋湖就完全打不到車了。我們等了好久不見有人接單衹好求助老闆，老闆二話不説給推薦了性價比很高的包車（其實也是打車，價格很合適），得虧老闆幫忙，我們順利地去渠洋湖（路程1個多小時）玩耍了一天～
…真的超級超級好！推薦！
Tips：早上7、8點進舊州景區不用買門票，景區裏有一些向日葵田、幾衹孔雀、瓦氏點將台（有很多大鼓）和文昌閣

房間設施比較齊全，門鎖安全性好，老闆服務周到，三樓陽台看出去風景很美，晚上睡覺也很安靜，住着很舒服。

民宿在景區裏面，房間乾淨衞生，還有一個觀景陽台，可以直接看到文昌閣，不需要買票，就是現在去很多商户還沒做生意，吃東西沒有選擇不方便

房間位置很好，老闆也很熱情，陽台上看景非常美，正好看見日出。年三十的舊州給出熱鬧，鑼鼓喧天。唯一遺憾空調不太給力，如果往年應該不用空調，今年特別冷。
