來靖遠出差，房間收拾得很利索，浴巾毛巾都是一次性的。辦公桌挺寬敞，網速也快，傳文件沒卡過。前台小姐姐服務也熱情，酒店步行十分鐘就到水街，晚上還有表演可以看，一百多的房費還包礦泉水，性價比確實可以。

西北環線最驚喜驛站！停車場就在後院，卸行李超方便。二樓還有自助洗烘機，洗完的速乾衣一晚上就幹了。前台小姐姐超熱情，給我介紹了靖遠的美食——風雷街第三家戴白帽子的爺爺，他家的手抓羊肉蘸蒜醋絕了！早上退房前還去鐘鼓樓轉了轉，下次路過肯定二刷！

住過很多家酒店，白銀靖遠海友酒店給我留下特別深刻的印象。房間打掃得一塵不染，酒店電視也使用的是新版可投屏功能的特別棒，對於我們這種年輕人特別友好，細節處理到位。公共區域環境宜人，設施齊全豐富（洗衣機烘乾機）都有配備。酒店員工服務貼心，入住期間還幫忙解決了不少問題，必須好評！

前台人員服務態度極差，正常攜程平台訂房間，不給開發票，説不是他們的服務範疇，態度很惡劣，像是顧客欠了他們錢一樣
同事在另一個房間住，房間味道大，也不管不問。

這次入住海友酒店，被它的服務深深打動。從前台辦理入住時工作人員的熱情問候，到主動幫忙提行李，再到耐心解答我的各種問題，每一個細節都恰到好處。我不小心落下充電器，工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫我，還貼心地幫我保管，讓我特別感動。在酒店裡，還能感受到濃厚的人文關懷，各種小細節都考慮得很周到，像貼心的小紙條、恰到好處的燈光，讓我有回家的感覺。強烈推薦！
