Facilities: This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with a rating of 4.5 or above. The bed sheets were rotten but they were not changed. Other guests also reported this problem in the comments, which means that they have not changed it at all. The breakfast is miserable. My family has very low standards for food and they all said that the breakfast is very bad.
