酒店位置很好，出門幾步就有古城牆入口，離張居正故居和賓陽樓都是步行的距離，周邊超市飯店都很齊全，總之是旅遊的很好選擇。唯一美中不足入住那天，半夜12點多有一家人開着門在那大聲聊天，很沒有公德心。

環境：酒店就在古城內，離寅賓門和張居正故居很近。車停馬路邊，靠馬路的房間晚上車輛經過的聲音很大，很吵。
設施：酒店房間有點小，設施一般，衞生間沒做乾濕分區。
衞生：房間都挺乾淨的。
服務：服務非常熱情。

這個地方去年冬天來住過一次，給我們做了免費升房。今年衹要去荊州都是訂的這家。已經住過三次了！不管是酒店環境還是周邊環境，都很好！！！而且服務熱情周到，三樓的陽台很適合晚上和朋友坐在一起吹吹風吃夜宵，周圍出行也非常方便，走幾步路就有公交車站，晚上可以在古城上散散步，那條路非常適合和朋友或者戀人一起飯後散散步！！！

前台小姐姐們都很nice！三樓有個陽台超讚！還有免費漢服體驗，加分！地理位置也好，近賓陽樓，拍照打卡方便！但房間隔音不太好，總體來説性價比高！！！

房間乾淨整潔，舒適安靜，在古城牆邊，靠近“張居正故居”附近，向東走幾分鐘就可登城牆，是旅遊度假的好住所。在我離開時，打電話給我，告訴我充電器落在屋內，並在出租車離開之前就送到我手中，非常感謝。

第二次來古城酒店入住了，前台還是那麼熱情，引導車輛停在小後院，上次住二樓，這次是三樓，還是連住二晚。房間臨街，綠樹遮蔭，不吵，夜晚下雨，睡得舒服。房間乾淨，衞生間無異味，床品不錯，雖然房間不大，但品質很重要。酒店沒有早餐，旁邊的粉店味道不錯。

很滿意，前台小姐姐服務細緻周到，大廳堂皇氣派，距離張居正故居和賓陽樓步行幾分鐘。一次性用品質量好，洗澡水很沖。比較奇葩的就是房間空間很大，衞生間很小很小。
